Tristar Martial Arts was asked to participate in the Freedom Area Fitness Health Expo on January 29th at the South Carroll Senior Center. With the early date and the Demo Team transitioning new members, Sensei Thompson gathered several veterans to do a short demonstration that had the crowd entertained. Mr Dumas, Brian Gallagher, Emily Livesay and Dakota Ryan along with Sensei Thompson demonstrated practical self defense , weapons training as well as some board breaking.
